Common Problems

• Can I print the book?

Yes of course you can, though there are quite a few pages, so make sure you''ve got plenty of paper!  It''s probably easier (and better for the environment!) to keep the book as a PDF file, and simply read it on screen.

If you still wish to print it, simply click the "Print" button in Adobe Acrobat.

• How do I download the book?

You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. In this email, you will be given a link to click on. This link will take you to a webpage, with a further link with which to download the book.

Simply save this to your computer.

• How do I read the book, and what is a PDF?

Upon purchasing our book, you will be given a link to click on in your order confirmation email. This link will take you to a webpage, with a further link with which to download the book.

The book is a PDF file, but we have zipped it up to make your download faster, so you will download it as a ZIP file. Please save the ZIP file to your computer, and then you will find the PDF inside this file.  Most operating systems will be able to read the ZIP file, but if you have problems, try downloading WinZip on a PC, or Stuffit Expander on a MAC.

To read the PDF file you will need Adobe Acrobat. Most computers have this installed already, but if you do not, please download the program below.

• I downloaded the book ok, but now I can''t find it on my computer. Help!

Try looking in some of the following locations (if you are using a PC):

- My Documents
- My Downloads
- Desktop

If you still can''t find the file, then you can re-download the book, up to a maximum of 3 times. Simply click the link in your order confirmation email again.  (Try to see where you computer is saving the file to this time though!)

• I have lost the email with the password on it - can I be sent a reminder?

Yes, simply email us at cserve@mowbraypublishers.com with your email address and date of order, and we will retrieve your order details for you.

• Is there a Hard Copy of the book?

The simple answer is no, though you could print it out for your own copy!  At Mowbray we do our best to care for the environment, so by creating our books in a PDF format, we eliminate the need for actual paper, thus letting trees do what they do best, create oxygen!

• What will my payment card statement say?

If you have paid through Google Checkout, your payment card will be debited from Google * Mowbray Pub.

• My download stopped halfway though - how do I re-download it?
